Fort Dauphin Museum

Fort Dauphin Museum itself is a replica of a fur-trading post that was established on the shore of Lake of the Prairies in 1741.  Complete with a pioneer home, trading post, blacksmith shop, trapper's cabin, church, and one-room schoolhouse, the museum contains a vast array of artifacts and is an ideal source of information about Manitoba's past.
